If you’re looking for the perfect crispy air fryer broccoli, this recipe will become a staple in your kitchen. It’s quick, healthy, and packed with flavor. In less than 10 minutes, you can transform fresh broccoli into crispy roasted bites with golden edges and tender centers.


 

Ingredients

  • 1 large head broccoli (cut into florets)

  • 1–2 tablespoons olive oil

  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder

  • ½ teaspoon onion powder

  • ½ teaspoon paprika

  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • Optional: grated parmesan cheese or red pepper flakes

  1. 1. Prep the broccoli

    Wash and broccoli thoroughly. Cut into evenly sized florets so they cook evenly in the air fryer. Steaming broccoli for softness is optional.

    2. Season

    In a large bowl, combine olive oil, melted butter, garlic paste, salt, and pepper. Toss all the florets so that they are evenly coated.

    3. Air fry

    Place the broccoli in the air fryer basket in a single layer.

    Air fry at 375°F for 8–10 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through cooking.

    5. Serve

    Serve immediately while hot and crispy. Garnish with red pepper flakes or parmesan cheese if desired.
