Honey Jerk Wings

These honey jerk wings combine bold Jamaican jerk spice with sweet sticky honey. They come out smoky, spicy, slightly sweet, and caramelized, perfect for game day or a quick dinner.

Ingredients
For the Wings
2 lbs chicken wings
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp salt
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp chicken seasoning
1 tsp smoked paprika
1½ tbsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
oil for frying
Honey Jerk Glaze
⅓ cup honey
1 tbsp butter
1 tsp jerk seasoning
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tsp chili flakes (optional for heat)
Instructions
Season the Wings
Pat wings dry and season with:
salt
pepper
paprika
garlic powder
jerk seasoning
Let sit 15–30 minutes so the seasoning absorbs.
Fry the Wings
Heat oil to 350°F.
Fry wings for 8–10 minutes until:
golden brown
crispy outside
fully cooked inside
Remove and place on a rack or paper towel.
Make the Honey Jerk Glaze
In a small pan over medium heat, combine:
honey
butter
jerk seasoning
soy sauce
garlic paste
chili flakes
lime juice
Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thick and glossy.
Toss the Wings
Add wings to a pan and toss until every wing is coated in the sauce.
